Duties in these roles cover concept and preliminary designs, review construction drawing, prepare tender drawing & specification, site service (including testing and commissioning), dealing with clients on their requirements, coordinating with other consultants.

Plot 12A comprises 14 high rise residential apartment buildings ranging from 11 to 23 storeys with a total building area of 130,000sqm. Specific focus is being placed on sustainable design features for this project with the aim of meeting the Green Building Evaluation Standards (GBES) Gold award level.
